Ingredients

  • 4-5 grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • Chopped almond and pistachios - handful;
  • 6-8 Raisins

Preparation

  1. In the anyday medium shallow dish add in the grated carrot, sugar and 1 cup of water and microwave for 12 mins at 1000W with the lid on (knob lifted) .
  2. Add in the condensed milk along with the ghee and chopped nuts and raisins, give it a good stir and microwave again WITHOUT the lid for 3 minutes .
  3. Garnish with chopped nuts .
