- Grated cauliflower - 2
- Butter - 40 gms
- Coconut cream - 1 cup
- Sooji - 1/4 cup
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Fried basil leaves - 4
Preparation
- In a large shallow anyday dish , add the grated cauliflower, to that add the butter and coconut cream along with salt and cook in a microwave at 1000W for 9 mins.
- Once cooked, lightly mash using a spatula till creamy. garnish with black pepper, olive oil and fried basil leaves .
