  1. Grated cauliflower - 2
  2. Butter - 40 gms
  3. Coconut cream - 1 cup
  4. Sooji - 1/4 cup
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper
  7. Olive oil - 1 tsp
  8. Fried basil leaves - 4


  1. In a large shallow anyday dish , add the grated cauliflower, to that add the butter and coconut cream along with salt and cook in a microwave at 1000W for 9 mins.
  2. Once cooked, lightly mash using a spatula till creamy. garnish with black pepper, olive oil and fried basil leaves .
