  1. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  2. Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
  3. Potato cubes - 1 cup
  4. Carrot cubes - 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped onion - 1
  6. Chopped green chilli - 1
  7. Curry leaves - handful
  8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Coconut milk - 250 ml
  11. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  12. Green peas - 1 cup
  13. Coriander - for garnish
  14. Roghan - for garnish


  1. In the anyday large deep dish add the ghee, along with mustard seeds, potato cubes , carrot cubes, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, salt, coriander powder and 2 cups of water. Microwave 5 minutes with lid on and knob lifted at 1000W.
  2. Add in the coconut milk along with chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green peas and microwave again for 6 mins .
  3. Garnish with roghan and chopped coriander .
