Instructions
- Evenly spread the peas in the Anyday dish and cover with the lid (knob lifted).
- Cook in the microwave for the time listed in the table, or until peas are steaming and hot.

Try these versatile flavor combinations with this cooked ingredient.
Mint, dill and butter: Toss the warm peas with some butter and freshly chopped mint and dill.
Bruschetta spread: Mash the cooked peas and season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a small amount of creamy horseradish. Spread over toast and top with fresh sliced tomatoes.
Chilled spring pea soup: Blend the peas with chicken stock, half and half, mint, salt, and a handful of spinach or watercress until smooth. Enjoy chilled with sour cream.
